Twist welding cable
I was always looking for a clean and permanent way to finish the ends of the throttle and choke cables. A short piece of heat shrink works but the end of the cable still gets frayed. Soldering sorta works but it will still get messed up after some time.
I wish I could take credit for the twist welding idea because it makes the perfect end and is simple to do.
